Excitement fills the air at the National Press Club Malaysia clubhouse on Jalan Tangsi, Kuala Lumpur, as several of its members practice and compete against one another to determine who will represent the club at the upcoming Inter Media Games.
With pride, bragging rights, and a coveted tournament spot on the line, the sessions bring out the best in each player.
Throughout the evenings — Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday — precision throws, clutch finishes, and high-scoring legs keep fellow members on edge.
The Inter Media Games are expected to take place early next year. In the meantime, the NPC is hopeful that its current set of players will maintain their momentum and give their fellow media friends a run for their money in the national-level tournament.
