The newly appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to Malaysia, His Excellency Dr Hennadii Nadolenko, and Deputy Head of Mission/Counsellor Denys Mykhailiuk visited the National Press Club Malaysia’s clubhouse last night.
The session served as an introductory engagement aimed at strengthening media relations between Ukraine and Malaysia. Among the key highlights discussed were potential media exchange programmes, collaboration on future embassy events, and hosting cultural or informative functions at the NPC clubhouse to promote bilateral understanding.
In attendance were NPC President Datuk Ahirudin Attan and members of the Executive Committee, including honarary assistant secretary Alang Bendahara, and exco member Captain (Rtd) Abdul Rahmat Omar Tun Mohd Haniff.
Ahirudin said the NPC looks forward to fostering stronger ties with the diplomats based in Kuala Lumpur and facilitating greater cooperation and dialogue between the respective nations’ media communities.
